My son has a raw rash underneath his neck due to sweat and heat. Any suggestions or creams or anything mommy's ?

See if his pediatrician can prescribe a rash ointment. That's What mine did. It was a strong dosage so they said to put a pea size amount and mix with lotion. My sons rash was due to a milk protein Allergy But still a rash. It worked and went away in a day or two.

Lotrimin- antifungal cream. Can buy it over the counter.
