My baby girl is sick for the first time. Im laying here holding her on my chest cause she's having trouble breathing if she's laying flat. Her nose is so stopped up. It's killing me seeing her like this. I know I've done everything I can to help her so we just gotta wait this out. I hope she feels better soon! I miss my happy, bouncy, giggly baby. 😫

My son is sick too (3 months). Use baby Vic's on the chest and a little on her feet and put socks on. Use the nose syringe too to pull out boogers!

i know momma...it is totally heartbreaking.. 😔 and it never gets easier as they get any older... extra cuddles, and helping her get sleep are the best!!!! def the vicks is good, and a humidifier... keep fever down, just trust your instinct on what she needs to feel better... good luck!!

I don't know if I remember correctly but I think u mix a little bit of salt and then some water and put little drops in babies nose and it helps. Also sucking out the boogers with the sucker thing I forgot what it's called but that will help with her nose being so stuffy!

I have a humidifier that has a Vicks vapor pad that goes in it.. It's been working wonders! And it keeps her nose open and breathing better

Thank you all so much. It's been a very long night and we've still got a long way to go. She is so congested. She couldn't breathe from her nose and she was getting exhausted trying to breathe and from lack of sleep. We got some more drugs in her and they're finally kicking in. At least she's not struggling to breathe now. I have her safe and wrapped in my arms.
