Hi love, I'm Patient escort at a hospital as well. (25 weeks now) I know it varies from intensity from hospital to hospital, but honestly just take your time. Mention to nurses that you cant do as much heavy lifting as usual because you're Pregnant. I did this and they were all very understanding.
