Hi!! Did anyone have kidney stones ? Or know anybody who had? Could you recommend any home treatments? I know I should better visit a doctor ...I just not really have money for that..🤦🏻♀️🙃

I has them once. Was told to use a vibrator on my back, or use the handheld shower head so it was beating on my back to help break them up, drink lots of water.

Yes, i’ve had surgery to remove them from both kidneys (12yrs apart) find a way to get to the dr. Most do not dissolve, especially if they’re the most common calcium oxalate stones. Drink 3 liters of water a day, avoid dairy and calcium as well as leafy vegetables. Don't eat with salt. Warm baths can help with pain.

I know 2 people who had it. They needed a minor surgery to have them removed.
